WHAT ARE GROCERY VOUCHER REFUNDS?
At Self-serve Kiosks and select Self-serve Depots, you can receive your refund as a grocery voucher. In partnership with major supermarket chains, you can use the grocery vouchers for a discount on your next shop or exchange it for cash at the supermarket service desk. The value of the voucher is equivalent to the number of 10¢ containers you return.

Please note the supermarket chain associated with the grocery voucher varies at each refund point. Check with your nearest refund point before your return to confirm which supermarket chain your voucher will be valid at.
How to use grocery voucher refunds
If you would like your refund as a grocery voucher, select 'transfer' after you return your containers at Self-serve Kiosks or at select Self-serve Depots. The machine will print you a voucher receipt with the refund value, the supermarket name for use, and a barcode.
Simply scan the voucher barcode at the supermarket checkout to apply a discount to your grocery shop, or go to the service desk to exchange the voucher for cash.
