Your member number makes returning 10¢ containers and receiving donations, easy. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to sign up. All you need is your organisation's contact and payment details handy, and someone to nominate as your account's Team Leader (basically, a main contact).

Choose a fundraising approach

Once you have created your organisation member number, you’re ready to start fundraising. The next step is to decide on the fundraising approach that best suits your organisation. To achieve the best results, try and combine a couple of the approaches below.

Share your member number with your community

Share your member number with your community

Share your organisation’s member number on your website, social media accounts, email marketing and beyond. When your supporters return their 10¢ containers, they can donate their refunds directly to you. All they need to do is quote your member number, or set it as their preferred payment method on their personal member number account.

Think big! What powerful partnerships can you create to receive donated refunds?

Collect at events

Collect at events

Hosting a community event? Don't forget to collect 10¢ containers! Check with your local refund point before the event to explore container collection options, or post-event pickup support.

Tip: Contact event spaces, coordinators, or venue owners about donating 10¢ container refunds to your organisation. Many Perth businesses are keen to support local organisations!

Become a donation point

Become a donation point

If you have the space, you could become a container donation point. This lets your supporters drop their 10¢ containers off at your school, office, or sports club, so you can then return them and keep all the refunds for your organisation.
