USE YOUR ORGANISATION MEMBER NUMBER
If you’re an organisation, school, charity or community group, you can earn refunds and receive donations from your community via your organisation member number. It's your free Containers for Change WA account that makes fundraising easier than ever.
Organisation member numbers can be used at all refund points across WA. Your group and your supporters just need to either show, scan or tag your bags with your organisation member number when returning 10¢ containers, or when using our collection services. All refunds are then directly deposited to the account linked to the organisation member number.
All types of groups can receive refunds
All organisation member number accounts have similar features and a unique member number your community should use when returning 10¢ containers. However, the registration process for membership might differ between groups.

HOW TO MANAGE REFUNDS IN AN ORGANISATION ACCOUNT
Set a preferred payment method for your organisation
Your organisation’s team leader can view the group's dashboard in the member number portal. On the payment methods section, they can choose where your group’s refund will go by selecting a preferred payment option. Your group can choose between receiving transfers into a bank or Paypal account.
TRACK REFUNDS ON YOUR DASHBOARD
On the group account dashboard, your team members will be able to see a snapshot of your total refund earnings and containers saved to date. You’ll also have access to a detailed transaction history, which allows team members to see the donations that have been made to your organisation.
Receive donations through your organisation member number
If your charity, community group or school has a cause published in our Causes Directory, other container savers in WA will be able to find you and donate their refunds to you through your organisation's member number.
